Every member of our investigative staff is licensed as a private investigative and employed full time with our company. Nautilus' seven investigators/adjusters/surveyors are cross-trained to handle a variety of casework and regularly travel worldwide including the Caribbean, Mexico, Central and South America. All attend admiralty seminars and intellectual property rights seminars and symposiums along with industry training courses on a regular basis.

All investigative staff can and have testified as witnesses on varying subjects and levels. A full-time office staff of four, with dictatorial, and shorthand skills supports them. We are fully bilingual (English- Spanish), on both the secretarial and investigative levels. This is key for our multi-national clientele and varying assignments.

In keeping with our admiralty tradition, Nautilus also is in constant contact with customs brokers, shipping agents, port authorities and others who involve themselves in the movement of vessels, passengers, and cargo. These contacts are thoroughly maintained and updated.

We strongly believe in information as an effective investigative tool. To facilitate this, Nautilus is fully automated and computerized. We continually invest in all versions of computer software and hardware. Scanners, high-speed modems, email, and broadcast faxing are just a few of our capabilities. We have full, individual, email capabilities to report to clients and believe this extensive investment is essential in accessing crucial contacts worldwide. Investigators and support staff members have a networked computer at their desk. Nautilus is fully Y2K compliant.
